Yes. K190 Retexturing is not weather dependent and is equally as 
effective in the Winter as in the Summer.

Is K190 Retexturing Environmentally Friendly?
Yes. By using what is already present, K190 Retexturing restores skid
resistance without the use of ANY materials. Particels removed from
the surface are collected and can be used to repair farm tracks and tip
roads.

Will K190 Retexturing destroy the road surface?
No. The controlled process has been developed to be adaptable to all
types of sound road surface materials. Combinations of speed and 
pressure together with self-levelling texture heads cater for variations
in surface condition and profile.

Is K190 Retexturing repeatable?
Yes. Provided road surfaces remain sound and aggragate is present, 
K190 Retexturing can be repeated. Each time the process is repeated,
Skid Resistance will be restored back to day one conditions.
